It Will Cost You an Average of $47 to Go to a Baseball Game This Season

The baseball season kicked off this week, eventually, since like half the games got canceled because of bad weather.  So how much is it going to cost you to go to a game this year.   

 

According to a new study, the average cost of going to a Major League Baseball game in 2016 is $47.  That includes parking, a ticket, a hot dog, and a beer.

 

(For two people to go to a game, including two tickets, two hot dogs, two beers, and parking, the average cost is $77.92.)

 

The five most expensive teams to see play at home are the Boston Red Sox, Chicago Cubs, New York Yankees, Toronto Blue Jays and Seattle Mariners. 

 

The five cheapest are the Los Angeles Angels, Los Angeles Dodgers, Arizona Diamondbacks, Colorado Rockies and Minnesota Twins.
