Contest Period: Registration begins 09/17/18 and ends several weeks later.
Eligibility Requirements: Contest is open to Nevada residents age 18 or older, with the exception of employees, officers, and directors of Americom Broadcasting, Reno Media Group, other radio & TV companies their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising, and promotion agencies, any and all other companies associated with this contest, and the members of the immediate families, households or significant others of any of the above.
How to Enter: Join the Ten Country listener club and register on the Ten Country Cash page at www.tencountry.com. You may enter once every day during the contest.
Winners will be chosen by random drawing from all entries received. Three (3) names will be called, on air on Ten Country @ 97-3 each weekday. Names will be announced at approximately 9:33am, 12:33pm and 3:33pm. Each contestant must call 825-7529 within ten minutes of their name being announced.
Each contestant who calls back in time wins $100 and will be placed in a drawing for $1000 at the conclusion of the contest period. During “surprise” hours winner will collect $200 and be placed in the $1000 drawing.
All Prizes are non-transferable nor is prize substitution allowed. Upon confirmation of winning party’s eligibility requirements, Grand Prize winner may be required to complete and return a W-9 form or appropriate tax form, affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release, and present a valid driver’s license and social security card before prize will be awarded. Grand Prize winner may be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize and are responsible for paying all income taxes on prize. All taxes are responsibility of the winning party.
Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, contestant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation.
Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final in all matters relating to this promotion. If winner is found in violation of these rules he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade worldwide without limitation or further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prizes, winners agree to hold sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, the promotion administrator and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, damages and liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in the promotion or in any prize-related activities, and assume all liability therefor. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prizes. Participation in this contest constitutes participant’s consent to sponsor’s use of winner’s name, voice, opinions, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further consideration.
Americom Broadcasting and Reno Media Group are not responsible for any problems with the phone system or errors in printing or force majeure which prevents the redemption of fulfillment of this contest, or for any entry form and or receipt which is misplaced by any party including contestants, contest administrators, or the U.S. Postal Service.
Reno Media Group reserves the right to cancel contest at anytime. Any and all rule changes will be announced, and written copies made available at our offices as soon as changes are made. Copies of all rules are available during regular business hours at our offices. These rules may be changed at anytime at the discretion of the station.
