First Flying Car Crash Ever? Two Flying Cars Collided in China

Fender benders in morning rush hour are common.  But this might be the FIRST crash of its kind . . .

Two flying cars collided in mid-air on Tuesday while rehearsing for an air show in China.  Both pilots are okay.  One of them sustained minor injuries.

Officials say they were performing stunts in formation and got a little too close.  They’re quadcopter flying cars, not the airplane kind.

One of them was able to land safely.  The other flying car burst into FLAMES when it landed.

Several news outlets are calling it the first flying car crash ever.  Or at least the first where two of them crashed into each other.

(Here’s footage of the smoldering wreckage.)
