A weekend of food, fun & family
During Columbus Day weekend, The Great Italian Festival is a celebration of Italian culture and traditions. Downtown transforms into Little Italy with a sauce cooking contest, lots of pasta, an Italian farmers market, food booths and incredible free, live entertainment all weekend long.
In 2024 we were joined by Celebrity Chef Buddy V from the A&E hit shows, Cake Dynasty and Legends of the Fork.
Grape Stomping
Stomp for free. Lots of fun & open to the public on Saturday starting at 10 AM.
Members of the media & local celebrities are invited to stomp on Sunday starting at 11 AM.
“Mangia”, as the Italians Say
“Mangia” or “Eat Up” plenty of delicious foods like Chicken Parmigiana, Lasagna, Tortellini Eldorado, Gnocchetti Pesto, Artichokes and Italian Sausage, the ever-famous Mushroom Ravioli with Porcini Cream Sauce & more. Enjoy a refreshing beverage and delicious desserts.
Kiddie Land
Located across from Circus Circus on 5th Street with cornhole games, face painting and a big slide. Let the kids play while you “mangia” on great Italian food & wine.
