George Clooney explained in a new interview why he’s not going to be acting as much anymore, stating that he just doesn’t need the money. The 56 year old Clooney and his business partners sold their popular tequila company, Casamigos, in June. Clooney said the billion-dollar deal gives him leeway to continue to “fight to make the movies I want to make” and that he is shifting his efforts towards political activism and humanitarian work.

Kate Upton and Justin Verlander are giving fans a look at their wedding with a stunning photo taken moments after they said “I do.”  The 25-year-old model and the 34-year-old Houston Astros baseball player tied the know during an intimate ceremony in Italy on Saturday, November 4.  The happy couple took to Instagram to share the wedding photo.

Thor: Ragnarok soared to a $121 million opening this past weekend. It surpasses the $85 million made by its predecessor, Thor: The Dark World.  Thor: Ragnarok is the eighth MCU film to gross over $100 million in its opening, with three of those films coming from 2017 alone. 

Jimmy Fallon is taking time away from the camera after his mother’s death. NBC has canceled taping of “The Tonight Show” for the week of Nov. 6-10 following the death of Gloria Fallon, who died Saturday at a Manhattan hospital.

CBS Corporation CEO Leslie Moonves confirmed on Thursday that CBS All Access is working on a refresh of the iconic sci-fi anthology series The Twilight Zone.  It remains to be seen whether the project has been ordered or is simply in development, but Marco Ramirez, who has previously worked on the Netflix/Marvel collaborations The Defenders and Daredevil, will pen the series’ script.
