Diplo announced his alter-ego will be back for a new country album: Thomas Wesley: Chapter 2 – Swamp Savant is the latest project Diplo will be dropping under the name Thomas Wesley. Swamp Savant is the follow-up to to 2020’s Diplo Presents Thomas Wesley Chapter 1: Snake Oil, which featured the singles “Heartless” with Morgan Wallen, “Dance With Me” with Thomas Rhett and Young Thug, and “Lonely” with Jonas Brothers. The album peaked at No. 50 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart.

Morgan Evans is chronicling “unexpected heartbreak” and the personal journey that followed on his upcoming 5-track EP, Life Upside Down, due out April 21st.  Evans shared: “I called it ‘Life Upside Down’ because this collection of music could only have come from this time, when my life felt exactly that. To me, these 5 tracks journey through unexpected heartbreak, self-rediscovery, new beginnings and a new found gratitude for the present moment.”

Country trio Midland shared they are teaming up with Sixthman, the leader in festivals and music cruises, for ‘The Last Resort Cruise’, sailing April 1-5, 2024 from Miami, FL to Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas aboard Norwegian Pearl.

Maddie & Tae’s Maddie Marlow Font announced that she and her husband Jonah Font are expecting their first child, a son, this September. Marlow Font posted on social media: “Baby BOY Font coming this September! Carrie Underwood, Thomas Rhett, Lady A and Tyler Hubbard are among the artists set to perform at the benefit concert, A Night of Joy Celebrating The Covenant School, at Belmont University’s The Fisher Center on Wednesday, April 12. The show will be hosted by author Annie F. Downs, with all proceeds benefiting The Covenant School.
