If your iPhone gets stolen, it’s worth hopping on a computer and running “Find My iPhone.” Unfortunately, thieves are usually smart enough to turn off the phone so you won’t be able to track it.
This one wasn’t. 28-year-old Jermaine Debrah of Croydon, England broke into a house back in November and stole an iPhone. So the cops used “Find My iPhone” on the off chance that it was still on.
It was, and Jermaine randomly happened to be walking right past a POLICE STATION at that exact moment.
So the cops called over to that station, a few officers popped outside to arrest him, and he was just sentenced to two years in jail for burglary.
