If Starbucks didn’t hire people with nose rings and neck tattoos, I don’t know how they’d stay in business. And now they’ve decided to get even LESS strict.
Starbucks just announced that their baristas are now allowed to dye their hair any color they want, no matter how weird it is, blue, purple, green, anything goes. And instead of having to wear a Starbucks cap, they can wear a fedora or a bowler.
They say they loosened up the dress code to, “provide more room for self-expression.”
